Yes! Credit card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via approved payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.
We attempt to ensure every order is dispatched as quickly as possible, however some of our products are "Made to Order" and will come with longer lead times than others.
Standard delivery takes between 4 - 6 working days, depending on your delivery area code and availability.
"Made to Order" product delivery takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks. Bear in mind, these item are made just for you!

We do keep records of your NAME/ADDRESS and previous orders.
We'll pop you an e-mail you whenever the status of your order changes.
When your order is dispatched you are sent an e-mail to confirm that it's on its way to you. Included in this email is your tracking number and details of how to track your order depending on which courier company has been used.
Check that the card number, card name and expiry date is entered exactly as it appears on the front of your card.
Check that your 3 digit CVC number on the back of the card is also entered correctly.
